The Forfeiture Act 1982 (c. 34) E+W+S

15 E+W+S In the definition of “relevant enactment” in section 4(5) of the Forfeiture Act 1982 there shall be inserted at the appropriate place the words— “ the Pension Schemes Act 1993 ”.
