152 Power to make special county court rules.E+W+S

(1)The Secretary of State may make rules—

(a)regulating the practice, and the forms of proceedings, which are to be followed in [F1the county court] in any proceedings under or by virtue of this Part; and

(b)prescribing the scales of costs to be paid in connection with any such proceedings.

(2)Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), rules under this section may, to any extent and with or without modifications, apply any [F2rules of court] to proceedings under or by virtue of this Part.
