(1)The M1Social Security Administration Act 1992 shall apply as if references to that Act in the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) included references to the provisions referred to in section 164(1)(b) of this Act (in this section referred to as “the relevant provisions”).
(2)The provisions referred to in subsection (1) are the following provisions of the M1Social Security Administration Act 1992—
