178 Trustees and managers of schemes.E+W+S

The Secretary of State may by regulations provide—

(a)who is to be treated as a manager of an occupational pension scheme for any of the purposes of the provisions of this Act (except Chapter II of Part VII or section 157), the Social Security Acts 1975 to 1991, or Part VI of the M1Social Security Administration Act 1992 F1F2...
