Pension Schemes Act 1993, Section 189 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)Schedule 6 (which makes transitional provision and contains savings in connection with the repeals and revocations made by this Act) shall have effect.
(2)Nothing in that Schedule affects the general operation of section 16 of the M1Interpretation Act 1978 (general savings implied on repeal).
