Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993, Paragraph 30 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 04 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
30N.I.In section 20(3) of that Act, for the words from “Part IV” to “benefit)” there shall be substituted the words “ Chapter II of Part III of the Pensions Act (reduction in state scheme contributions and social security benefits for members of certified schemes) ”.
