The Department may by regulations [F1provide—
(a)who is to be treated as a manager of an occupational pension scheme for any o f the purposes of the provisions of this Act (except Chapter II of Part VII or section 153), the Social Security Acts (Northern Ireland) 1975 to 1991, F2. . .
