Metropolitan Streets Act 1867 (c.134)

In section 3 of the Metropolitan Streets Act 1867 (interpretation), after the definition of “street”, insert—
“the limits of this Act” means—
a
the City of London;
b
the area enclosed in a circle of which the centre is Charing Cross, and the radii are six miles in length as measured in a straight line from Charing Cross.
