In this Part of this Schedule—

  • “the 1951 Act” means the M1Judicial Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 1951;

  • “the 1959 Act” means the M2County Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 1959;

  • “the 1960 Act” means the M3Resident Magistrates’ Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 1960;

  • “the 1964 Order” means the M4Lands Tribunal (Salaries and Superannuation) Order (Northern Ireland) 1964;

  • “the 1969 Act” means the M5Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1969;

  • “the 1975 Act” means the M6Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975.
