Arbitrators appointed under Schedule 10 to the Electricity Act 1989E+W+S
66In paragraph 9 of Schedule 10 to the M1Electricity Act 1989, after sub-paragraph (2) (appointment of arbitrator etc to determine third parties’ claims for compensation arising out of certain transfers of property etc) there shall be added—
“(3)A person shall not be appointed after the day on which he attains the age of 70 to be an arbitrator or arbiter under sub-paragraph (2) above.”
