65In section 28 of the M1Banking Act 1987 (tribunals to hear appeals against certain decisions of the Bank of England), after subsection (3) there shall be inserted—
“(3A)A person shall not be appointed after the day on which he attains the age of 70 to be the chairman of a tribunal under this section.”
