1(1)At the end of section 3 of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1887 (Judicial Committee of the Privy Council to include such members of the Privy Council as are holding or have held high judicial office) there shall be added the words “ but no person shall be a member of that Committee by virtue of this section at any time after the day on which he attains the age of seventy-five years unless he is for the time being the Lord Chancellor of Great Britain. ”U.K.
(2)At the end of section 1 of the Judicial Committee Act 1881 (person holding, or who has held, the office of Lord Justice of Appeal, if a member of the Privy Council, to be a member of the Judicial Committee) there shall be added the words “ but no person shall be a member of that Committee by virtue of this section at any time after the day on which he attains the age of seventy-five years. ”
