Persons holding a relevant office by virtue of a continuation powerU.K.

4U.K.Where, immediately before the appointed day, a person was holding a relevant office by virtue of the exercise of a continuation power, nothing in section 26 of this Act or this Schedule, and no amendment made by Schedule 6 to this Act, shall affect the continuing validity of that exercise of that power in relation to that person.
