31Transcript of customs interview sufficient evidence

In section 60(1) of the [1987 c. 41.] Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (which provides that certain transcripts of interviews between police officers and accused persons shall be received in evidence and be sufficient evidence of the making of the transcript and of its accuracy), after the words “accused person” there shall be inserted the words “, or between a person commissioned, appointed or authorised under section 6(3) of the [1979 c. 2.] Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 and an accused person,”.
