34In section 151(4) of the [1992 c. 4.] Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (employer’s liability to pay statutory sick pay: days to be treated as days of incapacity for work), for the words from “a day shall not be treated as a day” to “unless on that day” substitute “a day of incapacity for work in relation to a contract of service means a day on which”.
