The Children Act 1989 (c. 41)E+W+S
13E+W+SIn section 105 of the Children Act 1989 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority” in subsection (1), omit “and Wales” and after “City of London” insert “, in relation to Wales, the council of a county or a county borough”.
