SCHEDULE 13 [Section 39] The Residuary Body for Wales: Corff Gweddilliol Cymru
Power of Secretary of State to give directions

The Residuary Body shall exercise its functions subject to such directions as the Secretary of State may from time to time give to it.
2
No transaction entered into by the Residuary Body in the exercise of its functions shall be invalid by reason only of a failure to comply with any direction given under this paragraph.
3
The Secretary of State shall publish any directions given by him under this paragraph.
