In section 33(9) of the M1Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (enforceability of certain covenants relating to land)—
a
in paragraph (a), after “the London Residuary Body” insert “the Residuary Body for Wales (Corff Gweddilliol Cymru)”; and
b
in paragraph (b), after “Greater London,” insert “in relation to the Residuary Body for Wales (Corff Gweddilliol Cymru) means Wales”.
