Members' interests

A member who is directly or indirectly interested in any matter brought up for consideration at a meeting of the Commission shall disclose the nature of his interest to the meeting.

Where such a disclosure is made, the member shall not take part in any deliberation or decision of the Commission with respect to that matter.
