SCHEDULE 15 E+W Minor and Consequential Amendments of the 1972 Act

28 E+W In section 125 (compulsory acquisition of land on behalf of community council) at the end add—

“(8) In relation to Wales—

(a) references in this section to a district council are to be read as references to a principal council; and

(b) references to a district are to be read as references to a principal area.”
