The Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 (c. 60)

42In section 5(2) of the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority”, omit “and Wales”, and after “City of London” insert “and in Wales the council of a county or county borough”.
