89U.K.In Part I of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 (restrictions on the holding of licences), in paragraph 1(1), in the definition of “local authority”, in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales” and after “Scilly;” insert—
“(aa)in relation to Wales, means a county council or county borough council;”.
