39 E+W+S In section 11 of the Poisons Act 1972 (interpretation), in subsection (2) in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority” omit “and Wales” and after “City of London,” insert—

“(aa) in relation to Wales, the council of a county or county borough,”.
