102U.K.In section 47(1) of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993 (general interpretation provisions), in the definition of “local authority”—
(a)in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales”; and
(b)after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)in Wales, the council of a county or county borough;”.
