The Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966 (c. 38)E+W
26(1)In section 1 of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966 (sea fisheries districts and local fisheries committees), in subsection (1), for “county” substitute “ county, county borough ” (in both places).
(2)In section 2 of that Act (constitution of local fisheries committee), in subsection (1), for “county” substitute “ county, county borough ” (in both places).
(3)In section 3 of that Act (application by inhabitants in case of refusal by council), for “county” substitute “ county, county borough ” (in both places).
(4)In section 19 of that Act (contributions to river authority’s expenses), for “county” substitute “ county, county borough ”.
