32 In section 18 of the Theatres Act 1968 (interpretation), in subsection (1), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “licensing authority” omit “and Wales” and at the end of that paragraph insert—

“(bb) as respects premises in a county or county borough in Wales, the council of that area;”.
