In section 19 of the Welsh Church Act 1914 (application of residue of property)—
a
in subsection (1)(a), for the words from “The property” to “council either” substitute “Property vested in a Welsh county council or county borough council by virtue of a designation made under section 50 of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 shall be applied, in accordance with one or more schemes made by a Welsh county council or county borough council either”; and
b
in subsection (1)(b), after “county” insert “or county borough”.
