66(1)In section 79 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (grants towards cost of sound-proofing buildings), in subsection (7), omit “and Wales”.
(2)In section 105(1) of that Act (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority” omit “and Wales” and, after that paragraph, insert—
“(aa)in relation to Wales, means a county council or a county borough council;”.
