90(1)In section 1(1) of the Caldey Island Act 1990—U.K.
(a)for “(in” substitute “ are in ”; and
(b)omit the closing bracket after “ “Caldey”” and the rest of the subsection.
(2)The following provisions shall be omitted from that Act—
(a)section 1(2)(a);
(b)in section 1(3), the words “and district”;
(c)section 1(4);
(d)section 2;
(e)section 4(1)(a); and
(f)section 4(2).
