SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Provisions Applying to Preserved Counties

1 E+WThe provisions of section 19 of the Defence Act 1842 (valuing of premises in default of agreement) shall be subsection (1) of that section and at the end add—

“(2) In this section and in sections 23 and 24 “county” means, in relation to Wales, a preserved county (as defined by section 64 of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994).”
