29In section 1(10) of the M1Local Government (Overseas Assistance) Act 1993 (certain bodies on which powers are conferred by the Act), in paragraph (g), for “1 or 3” substitute “ 1, 3 or 3A ” and at the end add “or under section 2(1B) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
