4(1)In section 3A of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (excluded tenancies and licences), in subsection (8)(a), after “county,” insert “county borough,”.
(2)In section 6 of that Act (prosecution of offences), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)councils of Welsh counties and county boroughs;”.
