9E+W+SIn section 53(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (general interpretation of Part I), in the definition of “local authority”, in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales” and after that paragraph insert—
“(aa)in relation to Wales, a county council or a county borough council,”.
