18E+W+SIn section 64(1) of the Clean Air Act 1993 (general provisions as to interpretation) in the definition of “local authority”, in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales” and after “Middle Temple” insert—
“(aa)in Wales, the council of a county or county borough;”.
