PART V Residuary matters and staff
39 The Residuary Body for Wales or Corff Gweddilliol Cymru.
(1)
On 31st March 1996 or on such earlier day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint, there shall be a body corporate to be known as the Residuary Body for Wales or Corff Gweddilliol Cymru (but in this Act referred to as the Residuary Body).
(2)
Schedule 13 shall have effect with respect to the Residuary Body.
