This Act may be cited as the Statutory Sick Pay Act 1994.

Section 1 comes into force on 6th April 1994; and the other provisions of this Act come into force on Royal Assent.

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown F1or the Commissioners of Inland Revenue in consequence of this Act.

Section 4 and this section (except subsection (3)) extend to Northern Ireland, but otherwise this Act does not extend there.
