This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
11(1)In subsection (6)(a) of section 14A (modification of section 22(2) of the [1991 c. 55.] Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991), for “the British Coal Corporation” there shall be substituted “a person who is a licensed operator within the meaning of the Coal Industry Act 1994 or whose application for a licence under Part II of that Act is pending”.
(2)In subsection (8) of that section (arbitration under section 13 of that Act of 1991)—
(a)for “the Corporation are” there shall be substituted “the person with the benefit of the opencast planning permission is”; and
(b)for the words “the Corporation”, in the second place where they occur, there shall be substituted “that person”.
