The Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28)

45In section 161(7) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “statutory undertakers”, the words “the British Coal Corporation” shall be omitted.
