A vehicle which is kept by a F5fire and rescue authority is an exempt vehicle when it is being used or kept on a road for the purposes of the authority’s F6functions service.
A vehicle which is kept by a F3relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5)) is an exempt vehicle when it is being used or kept on a road for the purposes of the authority’s F4functions.
A vehicle which is kept by the F1the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service Board is an exempt vehicle when it is being used or kept on a road for the purposes of the F2Board's functions.
