4 U.K. In section 199(3) and (5) of the Port of London Act 1968, in the proviso, for the words from “the Vehicles” to the end of paragraph (a) substitute “the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, in respect of a motor vehicle—

(a) under paragraph 21 of Schedule 2 to that Act;”.
