1The section 1A inserted by Part II shall be substituted for the section 1A inserted by Part I.
2The section 2A inserted by Part I shall cease to have effect.
3The section 3A inserted by Part I shall cease to have effect.
4The reference to section 1A inserted in section 9 and in section 15 shall be construed as referring to the section 1A substituted by Part II for the section 1A inserted by Part I, and the omission in section 15 of subsection (1) by Part II shall be treated as effected by the corresponding omission by Part I.
