Local Government Finance Act 1988 U.K.

33 U.K. In section 112 of the M1 Local Government Finance Act 1988 (financial administration as to combined police and fire authorities), in subsection (2) for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—

“(a) any police authority established under section 3 of the M2 Police Act 1964, and”.
