52In section 5 of the [1976 c. 80.] Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (no statutory tenancy where landlord’s interest belongs to Crown or to local authority, etc.), in subsection (3) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted—
“(baa)a police authority established under section 3 of the[1964 c. 48.] Police Act 1964;”.
