7E+W+SIn section 1 of the Education (Fees and Awards) Act 1983 (regulations as to fees payable by foreign students), in subsection (3) (institutions to which the section applies) after paragraph (d) insert—
“(e)any institution eligible for funding under Part I of the Education Act 1994 (teacher training).”.
