59 In Part I of Schedule 5 to the M1 Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (serious arrestable offences mentioned in section 116(2)(a) of that Act), for item 7 (buggery) there shall be substituted—

Buggery with a person under the age of 16.”.
