In section 2 of the M1Habeas Corpus Act 1679 (bail for persons released from custody under habeas corpus while awaiting trial), after the words “brought as aforesaid shall” there shall be inserted the words “ , subject to section 25 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, ”.
