[F145U.K.In Part I of Schedule 1 to the M1Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1980 (which makes ineligible for jury service persons connected with the administration of justice), in Group B, after paragraph (o) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(oo)prisoner custody officers within the meaning of section 114(1) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994;”.]
