In Schedule 6 to the M1Criminal Justice Act 1991 (procedure on notice of transfer in certain cases involving children), in paragraph 2(1), after the word “1976” where it occurs first there shall be inserted the words “ , section 25 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 ”.
