Execution of warrants for non-paymentU.K.
14(1)In section 38A(6) of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (execution of warrants for imprisonment for non-payment of fine), for the words “the age of 17 years” there shall be substituted the words “ the age of 18 years ”.U.K.
(2)In section 38B(6) of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (execution of warrants for commitment for non-payment of due sum), for the words “the age of 17 years” there shall be substituted the words “ the age of 18 years ”.
