In section 38A(6) of the M1Criminal Law Act 1977 (execution of warrants for imprisonment for non-payment of fine), for the words “the age of 17 years” there shall be substituted the words “
the age of 18 years
”
.

In section 38B(6) of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (execution of warrants for commitment for non-payment of due sum), for the words “the age of 17 years” there shall be substituted the words “
the age of 18 years
”
.
Sch. 9 does not extend to Scotland in so far as it relates to s. 17(1) of the Video Act 1984 see s. 172(16)
